This AI Content & Acceptable Use Policy ("AI Policy") governs the use of artificial-intelligence functionality offered through PostDid.
It forms part of the PostDid Terms of Service.
PostDid provides AI-assisted tools designed to help users create, analyse, transform and organise content. These tools are powerful, but they are not a substitute for human judgment.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before you publish, distribute or rely on it.
1. ScopeThis policy applies to PostDid functionality involving artificial intelligence, including:
• AI-generated images;
• AI image transformation;
• automatic image descriptions;
• captions;
• headlines;
• summaries;
• carousel text;
• hashtags;
• source analysis;
• content suggestions;
• visual concepts;
• Style Profiles;
• automated layouts;
• prompts;
• recommendations; and
• other machine-generated or machine-assisted content.
Collectively, material generated through these features is referred to as "AI Output."
2. AI Output Is ProbabilisticArtificial-intelligence systems generate content probabilistically.
AI Output may therefore be:
• inaccurate;
• incomplete;
• outdated;
• misleading;
• inconsistent;
• unexpected;
• inappropriate;
• factually incorrect; or
• similar to content produced for other users.
PostDid does not guarantee that AI Output is correct simply because it appears confident, detailed or realistic.
Users must exercise independent judgment before relying on AI Output.
3. Mandatory Human ReviewYou must review AI Output before using it publicly or commercially where an error could reasonably affect another person.
You are responsible for reviewing matters such as:
• names;
• locations;
• property details;
• prices;
• dimensions;
• dates;
• quotations;
• product specifications;
• historical claims;
• news claims;
• financial figures;
• descriptions;
• attribution;
• trademarks;
• identities;
• captions; and
• factual statements.
PostDid does not become the publisher of content merely because its technology assisted with creation.
The decision to publish is yours.
4. Rights to Input MaterialYou must have the necessary rights or lawful authority to provide material to PostDid.
This applies to:
• photographs;
• screenshots;
• logos;
• fonts;
• articles;
• website material;
• social-media posts;
• client content;
• artwork;
• personal information; and
• other source material.
You must not use AI functionality to circumvent copyright or other proprietary restrictions.
5. Third-Party Sources and URLsPostDid may allow users to provide URLs or other sources.
If you direct PostDid to process a source, you remain responsible for deciding whether you are permitted to use the resulting material.
The ability to process publicly accessible content does not establish that the content is:
• copyright-free;
• licensed to you;
• in the public domain;
• permitted for commercial use; or
• permitted for republication.
Users must obtain permissions where required.
6. Intellectual Property in AI OutputAI Output may resemble material that exists elsewhere.
PostDid does not guarantee that any AI Output:
• is unique;
• is copyrightable;
• does not resemble another work;
• does not contain protected elements;
• is capable of trademark registration;
• is exclusive to you; or
• is free from third-party claims.
You must assess whether particular output is appropriate for your intended commercial use.
Where appropriate, users should seek professional intellectual-property advice before using important AI-generated assets as logos, trademarks, product designs or major commercial branding.
7. Deceptive or Misleading ContentYou must not knowingly use PostDid to create or distribute materially false, deceptive or misleading commercial representations.
For example, you must not use PostDid to materially misrepresent:
• the condition of a product;
• the characteristics of a property;
• the view available from a property;
• property dimensions;
• renovations that actually exist;
• the inclusions in a property sale;
• a product's features;
• prices;
• availability;
• business performance;
• testimonials;
• endorsements; or
• statements attributed to another person.
Where an AI-generated image materially alters something being offered commercially, you are responsible for ensuring that its use and presentation comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and industry requirements.
8. Real-Estate ContentPostDid may be used for real-estate marketing.
AI tools can be useful for:
• layouts;
• captions;
• descriptions;
• conceptual imagery;
• virtual staging;
• presentation; and
• marketing materials.
However, users must not present materially altered or AI-generated imagery in a way that unlawfully misleads prospective purchasers, tenants or other consumers about the actual property.
For example, particular care should be taken where AI is used to:
• add or remove permanent property features;
• substantially alter views;
• change room dimensions;
• remove defects;
• depict renovations that have not occurred;
• alter boundaries;
• alter neighbouring structures; or
• otherwise materially change the representation of a property.
Where appropriate, altered or conceptual imagery should be clearly identified.

You are also responsible for required disclosures concerning:
• paid partnerships;
• sponsorships;
• affiliate links;
• endorsements;
• promotional offers;
• competitions;
• testimonials; and
• materially altered content.
PostDid does not determine whether a specific disclosure is legally sufficient for your circumstances.

You must not use PostDid to create deceptive synthetic content that materially misrepresents a real person in a manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or seriously harmful.

• endorsed a product;

PostDid may immediately suspend an account where we reasonably suspect child exploitation or similar serious abuse.
Where required or appropriate, relevant information may be preserved or reported to competent authorities.
13. Non-Consensual Intimate ContentPostDid must not be used to create, modify or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery.

• targeted harassment;
• dehumanising attacks;

• malicious publication of private information; or
• content intended to facilitate serious discrimination or harm.
Context such as journalism, education, documentation, criticism or historical discussion may be considered when reviewing content.

1. they are authorised to do so;

against reliable source material before publication.
PostDid does not warrant that AI-generated summaries accurately represent the original source.
20. AI-Generated ImagesAI-generated images may contain visual inaccuracies or unrealistic details.
They may also appear highly realistic despite depicting something that never occurred.
Users are responsible for determining whether disclosure that an image is AI-generated or materially altered is appropriate or legally required.
PostDid may also implement visible or technical AI disclosures, metadata or other provenance mechanisms where we consider them appropriate.
Users must not deliberately remove or manipulate a disclosure where doing so would create unlawful deception.
21. Style ImitationPostDid may allow users to describe aesthetic characteristics or create Style Profiles from materials they are authorised to use.
Users must not use PostDid to unlawfully:
• copy protected brand assets;
• reproduce copyrighted works;
• falsely claim another creator's work;
• misappropriate another business's identity; or
• cause confusion about commercial origin.
General aesthetic characteristics do not necessarily create ownership rights, but individual protected works and brand assets may remain protected.
Users remain responsible for the legality of their intended use.
22. Political and Public-Interest ContentAI-generated content involving elections, public officials, political candidates or public-interest events must not knowingly be used to materially deceive people regarding:
• whether a real person made a statement;
• whether an event occurred;
• official voting information;
• the time or place of voting;
• eligibility to vote; or
• other information where deception could unlawfully interfere with civic participation.
Users remain responsible for complying with applicable election, advertising and disclosure laws.

PostDid does not guarantee that generated material will satisfy Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube or any other platform's rules.
Users must review the relevant platform requirements before publishing.

Those systems may:
• refuse a generation;
• block an upload;
