These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of PostDid, including the website at postdid.com, the PostDid web application, artificial-intelligence features, content-generation tools, Style Profiles, rendering and export tools, team functionality, subscription services and any related products or services we make available (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is operated by PostDid ("PostDid", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, starting a free or guest creation, purchasing credits or a subscription, inviting a team member, or otherwise indicating acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use PostDid on behalf of a company, agency, client, employer or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. In that case, "you" includes both you and that organisation.
1. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and must not impersonate another person or organisation.
We may refuse registration or access where reasonably necessary to protect PostDid, our users, third parties or the integrity of the Service.
2. What PostDid DoesPostDid provides tools that may allow users to:
• upload photographs, graphics and other media;
• submit URLs or other source material;
• retrieve or analyse information and media associated with sources supplied by users;
• generate text, headlines, captions, hashtags, layouts and other content;
• generate or transform images using artificial intelligence;
• create and maintain Style Profiles;
• organise material into social-media carousels or similar creative formats;
• render branded content;
• export generated materials;
• collaborate through team accounts; and
• use other functionality made available from time to time.
PostDid is a content creation tool. We are not the publisher of content you choose to publish using the Service.
You remain responsible for deciding whether any content is appropriate, accurate, lawful and suitable for publication.
3. Your Responsibility for Source MaterialYou may only submit, upload, link to, import, reproduce, transform or otherwise use material through PostDid where you have the legal right to do so.
This includes photographs, videos, articles, listings, press releases, social-media posts, screenshots, logos, trademarks, fonts, graphics, artwork, personal information and other material.
By providing material to PostDid, you represent and warrant that:
1. you own the material or have sufficient permission, licence or other lawful authority to use it through PostDid;
2. your use of the material does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual or other rights;
3. where the material contains personal information about another person, you have any authority or consent required to provide and process that information;
4. your use of the material does not violate any agreement that applies to you; and
5. you are not using PostDid to circumvent technological restrictions, access controls or platform rules.
The fact that PostDid is technically capable of retrieving, processing or displaying material from a URL does not mean you have permission to use that material.
PostDid does not grant you rights to third-party content merely because that content can be accessed through the Service.
4. URLs, Websites and Third-Party PlatformsCertain PostDid features may process publicly accessible pages or material associated with URLs you provide.
You instruct PostDid to process those sources on your behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use of information or media obtained from those sources is lawful and permitted.
A website being publicly accessible does not necessarily mean its photographs, text, branding or other content may lawfully be copied or republished.
PostDid does not investigate or verify ownership of every item submitted by users.
You are responsible for obtaining any permissions or licences necessary before publishing content created using third-party source material.
5. Social Media PlatformsPostDid is an independent service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PostDid is not sponsored by, endorsed by, operated by or affiliated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube or any other social network or third-party platform.
Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own rules and agreements.
PostDid is not responsible for:
• removal or restriction of your posts;
• reduced distribution or reach;
• copyright or trademark claims;
• advertising rejection;
• account warnings;
• demonetisation;
• suspension or termination of a social-media account;
• changes to platform algorithms, specifications or policies; or
• any other action taken by a third-party platform.
You are solely responsible for confirming that material you publish complies with the rules of the relevant platform.
6. AI-Generated ContentThe Service uses artificial-intelligence technologies provided by PostDid and/or third-party technology providers.
AI-generated material may include text, descriptions, headlines, summaries, images, captions, visual concepts and other output ("AI Output").
Artificial intelligence is probabilistic and may produce unexpected results.
AI Output may:
• contain factual errors;
• misunderstand source material;
• incorrectly describe an image, property, person or object;
• omit important information;
• contain outdated information;
• resemble content created for another user;
• resemble existing works, brands, people or styles;
• contain unintended biases;
• generate inappropriate or inaccurate material; or
• fail to satisfy your intended purpose.
You must review AI Output before publishing or relying on it.
You are responsible for editing or rejecting inaccurate or inappropriate content.
PostDid does not warrant that AI Output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, complete, exclusive, fit for a particular purpose or free from third-party claims.
Similar prompts may produce similar or identical output for different users.
7. No Professional or Factual AdvicePostDid is designed for creative and content-production purposes.
Output generated by the Service is not professional legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, engineering, architectural, valuation or other regulated advice.
You must not rely on PostDid as the sole basis for decisions where inaccurate information could cause financial loss, physical harm, legal consequences or other significant consequences.
Where content concerns real estate, products, vehicles, investments, travel, health, news or other factual matters, you are responsible for independently verifying material facts before publication.
8. Misleading ContentYou must not use PostDid to knowingly create or publish materially false, deceptive or misleading representations.
Without limitation, you must not use AI-generated or altered content in a way that falsely represents:
• the physical characteristics of a property offered for sale or lease;
• the characteristics, condition or availability of a product;
• statements attributed to a person who did not make them;
• documentary photographs as genuine where they are materially fabricated;
• commercial endorsements that do not exist; or
• factual events that did not occur,
where doing so would be unlawful or misleading.
You are responsible for using appropriate disclosures where AI-generated, altered, sponsored or commercial content must be disclosed by law or platform rules.
9. Ownership of Your ContentAs between you and PostDid, you retain your ownership rights in content you submit to the Service ("User Content").
You grant PostDid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, reproduce, process, transmit, adapt, modify and otherwise use User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, support and provide the Service to you, comply with law and enforce these Terms.
This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and may continue for limited periods in backups, logs or records after deletion where technically necessary or legally required.
You represent that you have sufficient rights to grant this licence.
10. Ownership of Generated OutputSubject to these Terms, third-party rights and applicable law, as between you and PostDid, you may use content generated specifically for you through your account for personal or commercial purposes.
To the extent PostDid owns copyright or other assignable rights in a particular generated output created specifically for you, PostDid assigns those rights to you upon creation.
However:
1. PostDid cannot transfer rights it does not own;
2. some AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or other intellectual-property protection;
3. third-party material incorporated into output remains subject to the rights of its respective owners;
4. output may not be unique;
5. other users may independently receive similar output; and
6. this clause does not transfer ownership of PostDid technology, templates, software, systems or other PostDid Materials.
11. PostDid Intellectual PropertyPostDid and its licensors retain all rights in and to the Service and all materials that are not User Content or user-specific generated output.
This includes:
• source code;
• software;
• systems;
• algorithms;
• workflows;
• prompts and prompt systems;
• interfaces;
• product architecture;
• rendering systems;
• templates;
• generic layouts;
• design systems;
• documentation;
• databases;
• trademarks;
• branding;
• trade names;
• analytics;
• know-how; and
• improvements to the Service
(collectively, "PostDid Materials").
No ownership of PostDid Materials is transferred to you.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, extract, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit PostDid Materials except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
12. Style Profiles, Logos, Fonts and Brand AssetsStyle Profiles may analyse or reproduce visual attributes associated with material you submit, including colours, font selections, text positioning, logos and visual structures.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to any logo, trademark, font, template, photograph, design or other brand asset submitted to a Style Profile.
A Style Profile does not give you exclusivity over general design concepts, layouts, colours, typography approaches, aesthetic styles or other elements that are not legally exclusive to you.
PostDid may provide similar tools, templates, layouts or functionality to other users.
13. Acceptable UseYou must not use the Service to:
• violate applicable law;
• infringe intellectual-property rights;
• violate privacy, publicity or confidentiality rights;
• commit fraud or facilitate scams;
• knowingly defame another person;
• impersonate another person deceptively;
• create non-consensual intimate imagery;
• exploit or sexualise minors;
• threaten, harass or facilitate serious harm;
• distribute malware or malicious code;
• obtain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
• evade security, usage or content safeguards;
• manipulate credit systems;
• create multiple accounts to improperly obtain free credits;
• overload, disrupt or interfere with the Service;
• reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• resell access to PostDid without authorisation;
• automate access in a manner not authorised by PostDid;
• use the Service in connection with unlawful surveillance; or
• use generated content in any other manner that exposes PostDid to unreasonable legal, security or reputational risk.
We may use automated or manual systems to identify abuse.
14. Content ModerationPostDid is not obligated to pre-screen all User Content.
However, we may investigate, restrict, disable or remove content where we reasonably believe it:
• violates these Terms;
• violates law;
• infringes third-party rights;
• presents security or safety concerns;
• creates material risk to PostDid or another person; or
• is required to be removed by a valid legal demand.
Our decision not to remove particular content does not constitute endorsement or acceptance of liability for that content.
15. Intellectual Property ComplaintsIf you believe content processed or stored through PostDid infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact:

Your notice should identify:
• the work or right allegedly infringed;
• the material complained of;
• where the material appears;
• your contact information;
• the basis on which you claim ownership or authority; and
• any other information reasonably necessary for us to investigate.
We may remove or restrict disputed material while investigating a complaint.
Where appropriate, we may notify the affected user and allow them to respond.
We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement.
Submitting a false or misleading infringement notice may expose the sender to legal liability.
16. Accounts and SecurityYou are responsible for activity occurring through your account.
You must:
• protect your login credentials;
• use reasonable account-security measures;
• notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access; and
• ensure information associated with your account remains accurate.
You must not share credentials except through functionality expressly designed for team access.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect account credentials where the loss was not caused by our breach of applicable law.
17. Team and Agency AccountsCertain plans may allow you to invite employees, contractors or other users ("Team Members").
The account owner or administrator is responsible for:
• deciding who receives access;
• assigning permissions;
• removing users when access is no longer required;
• ensuring Team Members comply with these Terms; and
• activity undertaken through the organisation's account.
Where an agency uses PostDid for clients, the agency is responsible for having appropriate authority from each client to submit client content and brand assets.
18. Free Accounts and Guest UsePostDid may provide free credits, guest access, promotional credits or other trial functionality.
These offerings:
• may be modified or discontinued;
• have no cash value;
• may be subject to limits;
• may not be transferred;
• may be revoked where abuse is reasonably suspected; and
• do not create an entitlement to future free usage.
We may use technical measures to prevent attempts to obtain promotional benefits through multiple or fraudulent accounts.
19. CreditsCertain functionality consumes PostDid credits.
The number of credits required may vary depending on the feature, generation mode, rendering quality or other factors displayed within the Service.
Credit pricing and usage rates may change for future usage.
We will not retroactively change credits already consumed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase:
• subscription credits are made available for the applicable billing period;
• subscription credit allocations reset at the beginning of each new billing period;
• credits are not legal tender;
• credits cannot be redeemed for cash;
• credits cannot be transferred between unrelated accounts; and
• credits may only be used for eligible PostDid services.
Any specific terms displayed at checkout regarding purchased credit packs, including validity or expiry, form part of these Terms.
Where required by law, those specific rules will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with that law.
20. Rendering, Failed Generations and Credit AdjustmentsPostDid may provide automatic or discretionary credit adjustments for failed generations, rendering errors or technical failures.
A generation being aesthetically unsatisfactory does not necessarily constitute a technical failure.
AI Output is inherently variable, and dissatisfaction with the creative result alone does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund unless otherwise stated in the Service or required by law.
21. Pricing and TaxesPrices are displayed before purchase and may vary by plan, country, currency, promotional offer or purchasing channel.
Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for applicable taxes, duties or government charges associated with your purchase.
We may change subscription pricing prospectively.
If pricing for an existing subscription changes, we will provide notice where required and the new price will apply to a future renewal rather than a billing period already paid for.
22. Subscriptions and Automatic RenewalPaid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
By starting a recurring subscription, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee and permitted taxes to your selected payment method at each renewal.
You may cancel through the available billing controls.
Unless otherwise required by law:
• cancellation prevents future renewals;
• access to paid features continues until the end of the paid billing period; and
• cancellation does not automatically create a refund for time already purchased.
23. RefundsExcept where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout, payments for subscriptions, credits and other digital services are non-refundable once supplied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Where a refund or other remedy is legally required, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
24. Payment ProcessingPayments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe or replacement providers.
PostDid may not receive or store your complete card details.
Your use of payment services may also be subject to the payment provider's terms.
We may suspend paid functionality if payment is declined, reversed, disputed or overdue.
You remain responsible for legitimate outstanding amounts.
25. Chargebacks and Payment DisputesIf you believe a payment is incorrect, contact us first at postdid.com/contact so we can investigate.
We reserve the right to suspend an account associated with a fraudulent, abusive or unjustified payment dispute while it is investigated.
This does not prevent you from exercising lawful rights through your payment provider.
26. Third-Party ServicesThe Service relies on third-party infrastructure and technology, which may include:
• cloud hosting;
• databases;
• authentication providers;
• artificial-intelligence providers;
• image-generation providers;
• content-delivery networks;
• payment processors;
• analytics systems;
• email providers; and
• other software infrastructure.
We do not control all third-party systems.
Interruptions or changes to a third-party service may affect PostDid.
To the extent permitted by law, PostDid is not responsible for outages or failures solely attributable to third-party services outside our reasonable control.
27. Availability and Changes to the ServiceWe aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may add, change, remove, improve or discontinue features.
This may be necessary because of:
• security concerns;
• legal requirements;
• third-party provider changes;
• technical limitations;
• product development;
• abuse prevention; or
• commercial decisions.
Where a change would materially reduce a prepaid core service, we will act reasonably and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
28. Beta and Experimental FeaturesSome functionality may be labelled beta, experimental, preview or similar.
Such functionality may be less reliable, may change without notice and may be withdrawn.
You use experimental functionality at your own risk, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
29. User FeedbackIf you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas or feedback about PostDid, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback to develop, operate and improve PostDid without compensation or obligation to you.
This does not give us ownership of your unrelated User Content.
30. Suspension and TerminationWe may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because:
• you materially breach these Terms;
• payment remains overdue;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse;
• your account presents a security risk;
• your activity infringes third-party rights;
• continued access could expose PostDid or another person to material legal risk;
• we are required to do so by law; or
• you repeatedly violate applicable content or usage restrictions.
Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Immediate suspension may occur where necessary for security, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance or prevention of serious harm.
31. Effect of TerminationWhen your account terminates:
• your right to use the Service ends;
• unpaid amounts remain payable;
• some User Content may become inaccessible;
• we may delete account data subject to our Privacy Policy, backup cycles and legal obligations; and
• provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will survive.
You should export content you wish to retain before closing your account.
We do not guarantee indefinite storage of generated content after termination.
32. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTo the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Except for warranties, guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, PostDid does not make any express or implied warranty that:
• the Service will always be available;
• generation will be uninterrupted;
• every output will meet your expectations;
• generated material will be accurate;
• AI Output will be unique;
• AI Output will qualify for intellectual-property protection;
• output will not resemble third-party material;
• use of output will never give rise to a third-party complaint;
• third-party websites will remain accessible;
• social-media platforms will accept content produced using PostDid; or
• use of PostDid will produce any particular commercial, engagement, audience or revenue result.
33. Mandatory Consumer ProtectionsNothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by applicable consumer-protection law — including any mandatory protections under the laws of the United Arab Emirates or of your country of residence — that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Where applicable law permits us to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a statutory guarantee in relation to services, our liability is limited, at our option and to the extent legally permitted, to:
1. supplying the services again; or
2. paying the reasonable cost of having the services supplied again.
This clause applies only where such limitation is permitted by law.
34. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, PostDid and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss arising from or relating to the Service.
This includes, where legally permissible:
• loss of profits;
• loss of revenue;
• loss of anticipated savings;
• loss of opportunity;
• loss of goodwill;
• business interruption;
• lost or corrupted data;
• loss resulting from publication of inaccurate AI Output;
• loss caused by third-party copyright or other claims;
• social-media account restrictions;
• removal of published content; or
• loss resulting from your reliance on generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostDid's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to PostDid for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have not paid PostDid during that period, PostDid's aggregate liability will not exceed USD $100, to the extent such limitation is lawful.
The limitations in this section do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
35. Your IndemnityTo the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify PostDid and its directors, officers, employees and contractors against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable external legal costs to the extent caused by:
1. User Content you submit;
2. your unlawful use of third-party content;
3. your infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights;
4. content you choose to publish using the Service;
5. your material breach of these Terms;
6. your fraud, wilful misconduct or unlawful conduct; or
7. your use of PostDid on behalf of another person without authority.
Your liability under this indemnity will be reduced to the extent the relevant loss was caused by PostDid's own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
36. Third-Party Claims Against UsersPostDid has no obligation to defend you against a claim relating to content you publish.
We may, however, cooperate with legitimate investigations, court orders and intellectual-property complaints.
You remain responsible for obtaining your own legal advice regarding third-party claims.
37. PrivacyOur collection, use and disclosure of personal information is described in the PostDid Privacy Policy, which forms part of the framework governing your use of PostDid.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers in other countries as described in that policy.
38. Confidential InformationPostDid will take reasonable steps to protect non-public User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and security practices.
However, you should not submit information to PostDid that requires security measures beyond those ordinarily appropriate for a cloud-based content-creation platform unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
PostDid is not intended to be a repository for highly sensitive medical records, government-classified information, passwords, payment-card numbers or similar highly sensitive materials.
39. Enterprise CustomersEnterprise customers may enter into an order form, enterprise agreement, data-processing addendum or other written agreement with PostDid.
If an expressly executed enterprise agreement conflicts with these Terms, the enterprise agreement governs to the extent of the conflict.
40. Compliance With LawYou must use PostDid in accordance with laws applicable to you and your content.
You are responsible for determining whether your intended use requires:
• copyright permission;
• trademark permission;
• model or property releases;
• advertising disclosures;
• sponsorship disclosures;
• AI-generated-content disclosures;
• privacy consent;
• permission to process client information; or
• any other regulatory approval.
41. Legal RequestsWe may preserve, access or disclose information where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:
• comply with law;
• respond to legally valid government, court or regulatory requests;
• enforce these Terms;
• investigate fraud or security incidents;
• protect the rights or safety of PostDid, users or others; or
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We may challenge requests that we reasonably consider invalid or excessive.
42. Force MajeureTo the extent permitted by law, PostDid will not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet failures, cloud-service failures, utility interruptions, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, cyberattacks, government action or failure of critical third-party providers.
43. Changes to These TermsWe may amend these Terms as PostDid develops.
For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, which may include notice within the Service, on our website or by email.
The revised Terms will identify their effective date.
Where required by law, material changes will apply prospectively.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms where legally permitted.
44. Electronic CommunicationsYou agree that agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications relating to PostDid may be provided electronically.
Electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same effect as acceptance in writing to the extent permitted by law.

Notices from PostDid may be provided to the email address associated with your account, through the Service or through another reasonable electronic method.
46. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of a mandatory protection available under a law that cannot validly be excluded.
47. Dispute ResolutionBefore commencing court proceedings, you and PostDid agree, where reasonable, to attempt to resolve a dispute informally.
A party should provide written notice describing the dispute and the remedy sought.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter for at least 30 days after the notice is received.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, pursuing a statutory consumer remedy or commencing proceedings where delay would prejudice a legal right.
Subject to mandatory laws, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
48. AssignmentYou may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld where applicable.
We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, corporate restructure, financing or sale of all or substantially all of the relevant PostDid business or assets, subject to applicable law.
49. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable where possible.
If that is not possible, the affected provision will be severed.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
50. No WaiverA failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
51. Entire AgreementThese Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable written order form or enterprise agreement constitute the agreement between you and PostDid concerning the Service and supersede prior understandings concerning the same subject matter.
52. InterpretationHeadings are provided for convenience only.
Words such as "including" and "includes" are not words of limitation.
A reference to law includes amendments and replacements to that law.
